I phoned Steve at 5.30 after our electrics went down and we were left with no fridge, boiler or TV and two children to get to bed! Not expecting a reply, I was thrilled when Steve phoned me back and talked me through how to solve the problem. Thanks to Steve everything got sorted in less then 10 minutes and no expensive and unnecessary call outs for a straightforward problem. So grateful! Thanks Steve
