Steve has done numerous jobs for us over the last 5 years, always to high quality and with a professional and courteous demeanour. Steve has been a godsend! We’ve used him to check two properties we were hoping to purchase. He has been honest and reliable and has understood what we needed and worked with us to get us the best possible outcome in both cases. We’ve been using JPS Electrical Services for the last two years since we moved into our new property. Steve is professional, honest and trustworthy. And manages to deliver services in a timely manner and at times has been able to accommodate in a short turnaround/ at the weekend when it’s been more urgent.

We’ve had jobs such as cables being chased into walls, new sockets, cooker being wired in etc. Electrical safety certificate and report.

As I’ve not always been present during the work being carried out he has sent me detailed photos to demonstrate the work he’s done and to show everything is working.

I’ve called Steve a few times for electrical issues. This time Steve was super helpful with my dodgy smoke alarms. He was quick to respond so I didn’t have to contend with that awful chirping sound. He is always friendly and professional.  I won’t hesitate to call him again.

I found Steve purely through recommendations and so glad I did. He managed to fit me in last minute, was really communicative and friendly. When there was a minor issue with the job he came back round the same day, no questions asked and sorted it for me. Highly recommend Steve!

I phoned Steve at 5.30 after our electrics went down and we were left with no fridge, boiler or TV and two children to get to bed! Not expecting a reply, I was thrilled when Steve phoned me back and talked me through how to solve the problem.
